The hotel offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff. the newly renovated restaurant served delicious food with a variety of options to choose from. the rooftop restaurant provided the perfect setting for a peaceful evening with beautiful views of the surroundings.
The rooms were not equipped with air conditioning, which made the stay uncomfortable during the hot summer months. the layout of the hotel was confusing with multiple levels and endless corridors, making it difficult to navigate at times.

A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Motor Cafe that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We strongly recommend and return to the place. Staying right by sps museum and possibility to explore sher garhi palace. Perfect for vacation.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail is remarkable. The staff, including Mr. Tasleem Dar, were extremely helpful, polite, and professional. They made our stay truly memorable. Secondly, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was exceptional. Everything was spotless, which was a pleasant surprise. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel's location, slightly away from the Dal lake in a market area, added to its charm and made it a peaceful retreat.
All was absolutely fine during my stay.

the location was peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. the rooms were clean and tidy, with prompt service. the breakfast had limited options but the food quality was decent. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing assistance with local excursions. There was also a restaurant where I had a satisfying lunch.
The hotel lacked an elevator, which could be inconvenient for senior citizens or guests with heavy luggage.

Food at the hotel was excellent, with a good variety of options. The staff was extremely cooperative and provided great service.- The hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle.
The hotel was slightly difficult to locate initially. The rooms could use more soundproofing to reduce noise from outside.
